Ignaz has more than 17 years of experience in Professional Services with a focus on strategy, business development, marketing and communications. Previously, he worked for management and IT consultancies as well as law firms in Europe and Africa including KPMG, Clifford Chance, Allen & Overy and Webber Wentzel. Change management and skills development have always been at the core of his roles as team leader and executive. He is also the founder and director of KOHMAP Consulting.

Dr Jeanne-Mari Retief

Jeanne-Mari is an admitted attorney and specialises in the development of international human rights and constitutional law.

She has successfully completed legal projects for various key stakeholders in the global legal arena and is known for her creative and passionate approach to the evolution of a modern legal profession. She has assisted law firms with team restructuring and is called upon to evaluate the strengths members could bring to the team, prior to appointment.

She founded CALIBRICS in 2012 and has since published in various accredited journals and have presented papers related to international human rights and humanitarian law both at home and abroad. 

Jeanne-Mari serves as foreign liaison to the organised legal profession and is a proud member of the KAS expert group on international criminal justice. She holds a PhD in International Humanitarian and Criminal Law.

Jacqui is a consultant specializing in Project/Programme Management, Change Management, Mentoring and Facilitation. She has over 25 years’ work experience, predominantly in the Legal and other Professional Services sector (incl. management consulting, accounting, and law firms).

Jacqui is accredited with the PMI as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and has completed the PRINCE2 Foundation Certification as well as a SCRUM Fundamentals certification (SFC). She is a registered Assessor (Services SETA Constituent Assessor Registration Number: JJAR636837120) and has also successfully completed SAQA US 15755 (Design and Develop Assessments) in South Africa.

Jacqui is currently serving as the Vice President: Volunteer Management for the PMI South Africa Chapter. Her most recent speaking engagements include conference speaker at the 2018 PMSA National Conference and Panel Speaker at the November 2018 CFO Talks Event (an initiative between IAFEI, UNISA SBL and SAIBA).


Suzette Serfontein

Suzette is an accredited Assessor with the Services SETA as well as an accredited facilitator and Master Trainer (Gazing Performance Systems) in various national and international Management and Sales training programmes, e.g. Gazing Performance (UK), Huthwaite (UK). She has been accredited by the iOpener Institute at Oxford University as a licensed practitioner for the Science of Happiness at Work.

Suzette’s experience is focused on the development of human resources, performance management, training/facilitation, design and development within various industries in SA and Africa. She also consults to management in the areas of business, sales & service strategy and systems. Her focus is on behaviour change and performance improvement in organisations.
